Added column of teamIds used in tables by nextgenstats.nfl.com.
Nextgenstats uses a four-digit code for each team in the json files corresponding to their tables. This adds a column to teams.csv, with codes corresponding to their respective teams for 2016-2019.

nextgenstats.nfl.com uses a four-digit code labeled "teamId" to identify each player's team in the json files corresponding to their tables, and omits any readable team name. This change adds an ngs column to teams.csv corresponding these teamIds to their respective teams (for 2016-2019., the seasons for which ngs stats exist).
