Only show programs with Internet permission

It would be easier to use the program if it only showed programs that had
the permission to access the Internet in the first place. Apart from that,
it's a great app!

Good suggestion... I'll try to implement it for the next version.
It may be a good idea to keep an option to show all applications though.
