IsCollectionContainingInAnyOrder and IsCollectionContainingInOrder classes

It would be nice to have classes that perform the work of Has.Items so we users have the choice of using the static methods or instantiating classes (well, instantiating classes that don't make the test unreadable, anyhow).

If I had needed this that badly, I'd have submitted a PR. I don't remember opening this, either.

Ok, I think Has.Items is kinda IsCollectionContainingInAnyOrder at least. IsCollectionContainingInOrder would need some more implementation.

Anyway, I let this open for a possible implementation.
