port 12 new pull requests from foreman

I'm not even sure what all they are, but yesterday there were 21 open pull requests on foreman, and today there are 9. See also:

Hi. Thanks for this, but I'm not going to indiscriminately port PR's from foreman. If you have a request for specific behaviour, that's fine, but I don't intend to just keep adding features unless someone has a cogently expressed need for them.

Hrm, okay. My understanding was that Honcho is a Python clone of Foreman. I'm less likely to depend on it if it's not, fwiw.

@whit537 If there are specific features honcho is missing which you'd like added, please make a specific request and I'll try and find time to add them. As it is, I maintain honcho in my spare time: I don't have to review every change that makes it into foreman just on the off chance that someone uses it.
