Goal: See if something can be done about people throwing away Android phones, and other people lacking educational tools.
TODO:
- A methodology to evaluate apps (criteria for localization, portability, license, usability, age, etc) leading to a score or spider web graph. We could specify an assessment template for this tool: http://www.qsos.org but we need to evaluate a few apps before we can define a good template.
- A list of educational apps, evaluated with the methodology above.
- An anti-theft app adapted to our specific purpose.
