search a great CLI micro framework ?

What do you exactly mean by great micro framework ?
For example, Laravel uses "artisan" as a CLI in the exact same way we use Tusk.
Did you mean adding more features to Tusk ?

Artisan is powered by the Symfony Console component, we need something like that.
But not necessarily the symfony one, maybe we can built-it ourselves or use another one ?
