Currently the emergency halt state is checked after the mission to execute is put into the queue. This creates unexpected behaviour.

  • the green section should be exectuted first.
    after line 217 a return response is needed
  • the pink section follows
  • the blue section follows without the else: in line 218 and without the indentation
