How can I use dicom data as input data? #24

I have some dicom data for training and test, but I don't kown how to use this data as input. If I should convert this data as NIFTI type or I just modify the config file?

Hi @hellodmp I'd recommend converting data to NifTI format, for example using NiBabel: http://nipy.org/nibabel/reference/nibabel.html#quickstart
