Feature Request: Enable Automation for Reporting/Alarms/Warnings earlier in Objectives

Currently a new user has to wait until he has finished the first 9 objectives before he can start automation.
Clearly automation that has influence on insuline dosing should wait until a user is has proven experience with how automation and AAPS in general works.
However, reporting or generating alarms/warnings cannot be very harmful in my opinion.
When that capability would be introduced a lot sooner (for instance in objective 4), a user could already gain experience with automation without impacting his health.
Also the automation enhancement requested in issue #1208 would be welcome earlier.
