Since travic-ci.org discontinued their free CI, a replacement is needed. It should test PHP 5.4 (or at least 5.6), 7.3/7.4, and 8.1

Well, since we are using Github, using Github Actions would be a simple choice.

closed for now. Can be done with onesheet 2.0 which will be a slight refactoring towards "php": ">=8.1" equal to current symfony ^6.2
