[Windows] "cake deps" sometimes can't delete lib/ clojure jar file #16

First, let's invoke uberjar:

E:\clojure\istext>cake uberjar
[jar] Building jar: E:\clojure\istext\istext-1.0.jar

Fine, now deps:

E:\clojure\istext>cake deps

all existing windows issues should now be fixed in: http://github.com/downloads/ninjudd/cake/cake-0.4.0.gem
