The report will be pretty short if the only figure in there is the MELODIC components image.

Steps:

1. Loop over preprocessed and various denoised files.
2. Extract confounds from the input image (in MNI152NLin6Asym space)
   • Global signal
   • CSF
   • WM
   • FD
   • DVARS
3. Warp carpet dseg from MNI152NLin2009cAsym to MNI152NLin6Asym.
4. Just use carpet dseg for the carpet plot? Not sure if I want to go through the effort of collecting the crown mask and compcor mask from fMRIPrep (assuming they're written out).
