Image segmentation needs more testing

The example in
examples/tissue_classification.py
does not work e.g. on the following image:
nipy/data/neurospin/sulcal2000/nobias_ammon.nii.gz

You need to provide a skull-stripped image.

In that case, we should provide one in nipy-data.

Sorry, I haven't got a chance to deal with that. Let me see if I can generate a skull stripped image from one of the T1 images already included in nipy-data. Keep you posted asap.
