Touch scroll conflicts with sliding scroll #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When sliding page, if the finger is going on the touch scroll tap zone, it is 
being activated and the page will scroll down.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The tap-zones shouldn't react while sliding scroll.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0. Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread.

What device are you using?
Samsung GT-I9000, JVR rom.

Please provide any additional information below.

This issues fixed in trunk. But need additional tests.

You are wrong. Described issue is reproducible on latest trunk.
