github.com/google/gopacket 这个库依赖于 libpcap.so 的动态库，因此要在 linux arm64 上打包才能在 linux arm64 下正常运行，但是 github action 不支持 arm64的 runner，解决办法是阿里云申请一台 ECS 抢占式实例进行编译，即用即销。
我编译了一份，需要自取：https://niudaii.oss-cn-hangzhou.aliyuncs.com/zpscan_linux_arm64
