Similar to the default ctrlp matcher, is it possible to exclude the currently opened file in the active window from the file list?

Sorry for the delay, I've been taking a break. This will be implemented shortly by using the value set as g:ctrlp_match_current_file, defaulting to 0 (like CtrlP's default matcher).
