Have you checked this part in readme?

If you are using windows, you will need to install the network adaptor driver and change adaptor info beforehand. The simplest way of doing that is to install nConnect client for windows before using nConnect command line version.

You can download nConnect client for windows at https://nconnect-releases.nkn.org/client/windows/nConnect.exe

I have tested the manual creation and installation of clients when adding network cards, but they are not allowed

It's a bit tricky to do it manually. Have you tried installing nConnect client? It will set those things for you during installation

It seems to be a problem in this library go-tun2socks and I haven't found a solution yet...
