Although a hotfix is addressing #146 , there is still a possibility that if the user passes a dictionary to the compute_agreement_map with a pairing_dict, and the user fails to do so with compute_crosstab, their agreement map (or no pairing_dict and then a pairing dict respectively) would have different encodings. This is to document the open issue.

This is no longer relevant since the workflow has changed to compute a cross-tabulation table from an agreement map.
