without bind td_set_log_fatal_error_callback output text will be in console directly.

It looks like the TDLib logs can be redirected to log file by configuring the td_set_log_file_path. However I have also added td_set_log_fatal_error_callback but not sure if it works at all. Please let me know if you see something like TDLib Fatal Error in console!
