Why? How will we be able to modify the contents of the book if we remove the source files? I'd also like to be able to accept patches. |
the source should be markdown, the markup should be generated used to build your pdf for distribution. |
The source for the book is Markdown. Check out the Makefile to understand how the build process works. Which files exactly do you want to remove? |
I want to keep the repo clear of build debris. Lets remove the HTML files and keep it pure markdown. It appears currently that there are duplicates, ie - a markup file for every markdown file. |
Ok, I understand now. I didn't understand your first comment. I was already planning on moving the generated .html files to a separate folder before the handbook was ready for review. |
