Looks like we don't have any Release WG meetings scheduled in the Node.js Foundation calendar.

A lot of the meetings on the Node.js calendar have shifted. Our typical time would clash with one of the slots in the new TSC rotation, so i've tentatively scheduled it for an hour earlier this week (1500 UTC Thursday) to avoid the clash (considering a number of our members are also TSC members).

Some of the various options that we can discuss:

  1. Finding a new regular preferred slot:
    • I've created an initial limited Doodle poll. For now, it assumes we keep the two-week interval between meetings. This selection of slots should enable us to keep a consistent slot every two weeks among the various rotating meetings in the calendar.
  2. Move it an hour earlier (or later) on the weeks when it clashes (I think this would happen every 6 weeks/every third Release WG meeting).
  3. Change the interval of the meetings.

I already have another meeting this week at 1500 UTC but this time slot is usually ok for me.

As discussed in #638, updated in Zoom and the Node.js Foundation calendar to be 1500 UTC every two weeks.
