Need to begin a concerted effort around tests test and more tests.

I plan to write some unit tests over this weekend as part of preparing for meetup talk described in #148
However, I'm blocked at #151 - any suggestions on how to proceed?

I can help with js tests, if you could teach me how to test C/C++ files, I could help with quic internals too. Happy to help

I was able to build and run the tests. I see that lib/internal/quic/core.js and lib/internal/quic/util.js need some tests. I think I can help with these. Is anyone working on this?

Do mention here which file you would like to tackle
