feat: remove curly braces with fmt

Summary*

Removes curly braces from imports when there is only a single import.

use dep::std::hash::{sha256};

becomes:
`use dep::std::hash::sha256;

Hi thanks for the PR! Could you add a test? Under nargo_fmt there is a tests package with the expected and input Noir code

The syntax change in tooling/nargo_fmt/tests/expected/contract.nr leads to invalid syntax. The {} were required there

I will change that back and add a check to make sure it doesn't catch them in future.

Hi @jfecher, how do I run the nargo_fmt tests? They don't seem to run with cargo test and I'm struggling to recreate the nargo_fmt::execute tests::format_contract failure locally.

@Andy53 I don't think there is a way to run nargo fmt on a single file unfortunately. One thing you can do though is to copy the file you want to test into a new workspace made with nargo new tmp && cp my_test_file.nr tmp/src/main.nr.

Also - after doing so on my end it looks like the issue with contract.nr is that you're missing a semicolon after the use statement.
