Issue with citrus.launchUI()

Hi,

I keep getting the following error anytime I use: citrus.launchUI()

Error in value[3L] :
Unexpected Error: Error in value[3L]: object 'splitInt' not found

Any idea why this is happening?

Usually that’s related to flowCore not being able to read an FCS file. I would guess that there’s a non-FCS file or an FCS file that is not readable in the directory that citrus is trying use.
