Support command for iterating the database filtered by prefix / suffix

Describe the solution you'd like
The command should be structured as

  • Without COLUMN_FAMILY: PREFIX=.... or SUFFIX=....
  • With COLUMN_FAMILY: COLUMN=.... PREFIX=.... or COLUMN=.... PREFIX=....
