Crash after clicking "Browse" in the "Downloads" window

Bug Report

Clicking "Downloads" and then "Browse" shows a buggy UI and crashes consistently.
This happened after another crash when listing models, but I don't know if it would have happened before.
If you want/need to debug this together I'm more than willing to help!
