This require an upgrade of the app to .NET 5.

Also, maybe explore the possibility to port the app to Linux and macOS, thanks to .NET 5.
This require to rewrite some parts when dealing with external windows that are using user32 and kernel32 (For Linux and macOS)

Pretty much done.
Menagerie is now using PoeLogsParser and it's upgraded to NET 5.
