Support "accumulate" type rules similar to drools leveraging a linq js or "reduce" syntax

Accumulating an average, count or sum, or any other intermediate result by matching memory as part of a rule would be a very powerful feature to add to nools. This intermediate result could bound and used in subsequent constraints in a rule.
