noonmaru님이 powershell기반으로 만든 자동 서버 구축도 해보았으나 kotlin이 불러와지지 않아서 실행조차 안되어서 빌드하고 처음부터 다시 시도해보았으나 seed가 같아 변경하려하는데 resources폴더에 plugin.yml밖에 없고 config.yml이 없네요.

실행 환경을 체크 안하고 java 8로 계속 하고 있었습니다. 제 잘못입니다.
