Describe the bug
Command path for launching SSM command must be absolute for MAC OSX because of how the compiled app works.
This must differ from the az one.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make a Federated Session Active
  2. Click on the Kebab menu
  3. Click Launch SSM
  4. See error

Expected behavior
The SSM procedure must start as expected.
