LSF convert "," instead of "." in bg3 #240

Converting LSF to LSX cause character with '.' to be converted with ','
for example coordinates

<attribute id="Position" type="fvec3" value="-1577,967 1,026395 978,1116" />
<attribute id="RotationQuat" type="fvec4" value="0 0,7138327 0 0,7003164" />

it cause mod break when i repack the mod,
this char must be '.'
