In the docs/colors-and-palettes section there are color cards that are captioned with the hex parameters, and then there are paragraphs explaining the use for each color that don't mention the hex value but simply the nord value. It would be a great enhancement to add the nord value under the hex value on the swatches, and the hex value under the nord value on the paragraph sections.

This sounds indeed like a great improvement. We should not assume that it is clear how the palettes are structured based on the introduction paragraph on the site. Also using the HEX color and Nord color name together should make it easier to quickly find what readers are looking for without the need to scroll up and down to compare the text with the palettes.
I've added it to the backlog, but everyone can feel free to submit a PR for it. I guess we can implement a new React component for the MDX scope that displays the color next to HEX values.
