Ingredients:

For the serving:

Steps:

  • Start by cooking the rice in a small pot;
  • 5 min before the rice is ready, start to cook the meat (high temperature) in a large pot (so you can add all the ingredients into it at the end);
  • Once the meat is cooked, drain it;
  • Wash the beans;
  • Pour the rice and the black beans with the meat;
  • Follow the instruction on the tacos mix bag: (if you have the economic format, you can put a bit more spices than recommended ;) )
    • Add 2/3 cups of water;
    • Add the spices and stir;
  • Finish by adding the corn.

For the serving:

  • In one tortilla, spread one spoon of sour creme and one of salsa;
  • Add the burrito mix;
  • Add the toppings as you wish:
    • chopped tomatoes;
    • Shredded cheese;
    • sriracha sauce;
    • Couple of coriander leafs;
    • You can add Guacamole if you have some too!

** For the quantity, go as you like! You can put less black beans or custom the topping if you have ideas
