Thanks for the report.

The Noto website has an error, only showing Latin fonts for Santali. Noto does 
supports Ol Chiki. The font is available at:

https://noto.googlecode.com/git/fonts/individual/unhinted/NotoSansOlChiki-Regula
r.ttf

For addition of more Ol Chiki fonts to Google Fonts, I'm CC-ing my colleagues 
in that project.

Though fonts are included in nato fonts but till we are awaiting to use it in 
chromebook laptop.

@Kuanra Murmu You have to use Unicode Font. The font you have provided is English in the shape of your language. Computer will understand it as English only. You have to create a Unicode Font for your language.
