А смысл? Разряды ведь только не значащие отсекаются, а не просто так. Да и если уж добавлять лишний незначащий разряд, то тогда уж для всех, а не только для комиссии... |

Некоторые думают, что комиссия 0.001 но из-за бага не показывается третий разряд. Чтобы не было заблуждений решил показывать третий разряд для 0 в поле комиссии. |
