Error and warning outputs: Print involved line

When you write some erroneous Rathaxes code -let's say that you mistype a 
template's implementation in a .rtx file-, an error or warning is outputted, 
but nothing tells you where exactly this error comes from.

We should parse and build the tree with the idea in mind that we want to be 
able to find at least the line involved in this error.

Fixed (partially) with r d74963545638, and will have to be properly managed 
when issue #19 will have been taken care of.
