[question] Whether it is possible to upload to npmjs.org manually?

Description of Problem

We are unable to 'npm publish' packages to 'registry.npmjs.org' due to a company network restriction

1、May I ask whether it is possible to upload manually?
2、I didn't find a document of uploading manually.

Manually uploading to registry might not be possible due to various reasons like integrity, validity etc.
