Missing generate UI in webstorm

Current Behavior

The above screenshot is from VS code, and we have the Generate UI option, which is not available on webstorm, and there is no way to access it,

Steps to Reproduce

Open Nx Console in webstorm and there are only projects and target options

I think this is a valid request, we should add buttons or similar to make these actions easier to discover. I'll close this in favor of #2171 which talks about the entire VSCode panel with these actions.
