Nx 18 + Remix 2 more options configurations and Custom server

I see that are a leak of options and configurations for running the Remix app with the new NX 18
A lot of confusable info, especially when it's related to Remix + Vite
It's difficult to customize it, e.g. you need skipTypeCheck: true to use your own workspace's tsconfig, not clear does Remix+Vite supports Proxy config
But the most difficult is to run a custom server for either Remix (old runner) or Vite
The greatest solution is to have a custom server generator, the worst but not less important is to have documentation (examples) on how to properly run via a custom server

P.S. still facing issue with custom server, the best result is that server starts to listen but no listening by the real requests
A lot fo issues with cjs/esm were solved too mostly related to configs (remix, postcss, tailwind, vite, etc)
