fix(dep-graph): filter by text correctly during quick inputs

Current Behavior

If text is cleared out of the text filter and then replaced by the same text, nothing is shown on graph. This is how the e2e test perform, so it was causing some flakiness in the test.

Expected Behavior

The text filter responds to fast inputs.
