When the ACA finds a unmatched component in a Platform Certificate it will highlight the component with a a red shade on the Platform Certificate page. While this shows what miscompared it does not provide any information about what was found on the device leaving the user to scroll through log files to find out what the actual component was.

The proposal is to provide a second details page which will provide 2 new tables:

  • Table of all components within the Platform Certificate enumerated one per row vs devices reported to the ACA by the provisioner. Note it is only possible to match device that on mismatch with one field (e.g. serial number) within the component. 2 or more may not necessary match up. Components that did not match up will be highlighted in red. Components matched will be highlighted in green.
  • Table of Unmatched components reported by the device not matched up with a component.
