It was previously possible to PUT a tombstone to delete objects (even if subject never had a direct DELETE permission), now (with nspcc-dev/neofs-node#2261) that's no longer the case. This needs to be tested, PUT of a tombstone object without DELETE permission must fail.

Related to #736.
