Mongodb: Limit logging in case of errors #69

Suppose we have a serialization error in NSTore in mongo, each time the poller try to poll a new value a log is generated.

We should

Limit to a log once each X minutes
Give the user a way to understand if the poller is in healty or unhealty state.
