Looks promising! Looking at a 5x speedup compared to old FMI4j and JavaFMI!

Met some issues making this work on both Linux and Windows, as loading of dynamic libraries are platform dependent. But this should be now.

Cross-compiling is an issue. The shared libraries must be compiled on its respective platform.
