The Contact Form does not deliver messages: https://arch.library.northwestern.edu/contact

I tested this on Chrome and Firefox, both logged in and not logged in.

Expected behavior

Form submissions should email digitalscholarship@northwestern.edu

Actual behavior

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to https://arch.library.northwestern.edu/contact
2. Complete the form

Erin confirmed that no emails are getting to repository either. So it looks like the form is not working at all. (possibly recheck after sidekiq kick?
