Wire up global search component to Reactive Search results page

Tie in the global search bar to the reactive search results page.

Done Looks Like

• At the minimum, global search input and 'submit' event sends user to the search results page with appropriate results displayed.
• Best case scenario the global search input is a reactive search component itself, and has autocomplete functionality.

To Do

• Investigate using a reactive search component in different places in the app, and how that'd work with routing.
• Match the URL params generated by reactive search with search text generated from the global search.
