Should we switch back to unpinned, now that the latest version works again? |

Considering how frequently new releases have been made (4 in a week, of which 2 occurred on the same day) and how many issues we have had with them, I think we would be better off to leave this pinned for a little while until things settle down and we have had chance to test out any new version before getting more spurious build failures. |

Appears that we may be suffering from this bug ( pypa/pip#2494 ). A suggested fix was using this patch ( pypa/virtualenv#866 ), which is included in
virtualenv14.0.6. Here we attempt to pinvirtualenvto 14.0.6. Hopefully, this is the end of our issues with this.
