Allow for hiding of unused apps and change display order

I think it would be useful to be able to change the order in which apps are displayed on the home screen. I mainly use the calculator and the python shell and I find it a bit tedious to have to scroll to the bottom every time I need to use the python shell.

I also find that I never use the regression app, statistics, or elements app. I wish there was a way to hide these apps from the home screen so I didn't have to see them.
