html 에 표기되는 lang type 은 ISO639에 따른 표기가 필요한데, Nuri CMS 기존 언어 코드는 일부(일본어)가 ISO639와 차이가 있음.
일본어만 다르게 표기하게 할 수 있는데, 코드 자체는 이후 다른 다국어에도 대응할 수 있도록 대비.
