Async runtime image options #792

Moving from unjs/ipx#76

Certain configs would need an async operation in order to generate configuration for adding custom headers.

For image options (app) we can use a nuxt app hook to be used with a nuxt plugin
For image provider options (mainly ipx / headers) we need a nitro plugin hook however it needs async plugin support (Make plugins async nitrojs/nitro#915)
